I work in one of the world’s biggest software MNC. At my office, whenever we find an issue with the coding of the software, my colleagues keep saying that they found the answer for the issue on Google.
They give all the credit to the Google. But we all must know that Google only lists websites.
The websites have the content that we would be looking for. So we need to credit that particular website which give us the necessary information.

It is hard to showcase services in a store, or office. The web allows you to introduce the service, the professionals providing the service, and how several services can complement each other.
3. Make a marriage website
They say – Marriages are made in heaven. It is one such event which comes just once in a lifetime. Why not make it big? Making a marriage website is a great idea. You can have your invitation, photos and event place put on it. It can contain various other information like bus routes, routes from various places and more such useful information. How to Make a Free Website 2012 ?
1>> Click on the big green “Get Started” button.
2>> In this page, fill in the details like – Your Email ID, Password, Password Confirmation, First Name, Last Name, Nick Name (use some unique & small name along with numbers), Date-Of-Birth, Gender, Location, Security Code(type in as seen on the image), Terms of Use (accept terms by clicking on the checkbox).
And once every detail is filled, click on the “Registration” button.
3>> In the next page you will see a message stating - “Registration completed successfully”.
4>> Now visit your email inbox (the one you gave in the previous page) and click on the confirmatory link which looks like the below screenshot.
5>> Once you click on the confirmation link, you will again have to enter the security code. Type it as seen on the image.
6>> Next, you will see a screenshot as below. It is more like the Windows desktop. This makes you feel easy and better.
Here, you will need to enter few more details for security purpose.
First enter your choose a password for Webtop service . Webtop password is not intended for login to websites. It is a separate password for login to Webtop, necessary for additional protection of your data.
Next you will have to choose a secret question and enter the answer to it.
In the next field enter the password that you used during registration (the one you used in step 2).
And at last click on “save” button.
7>> Next, you will see a new screen as seen in the screenshot below.
Here, choose your web address. For eg. I choose mylifemychoice.
Next, click on the drop down box which reads ucoz.com and choose any other domain name of your like. I choose do.am as it sounds good and easy to share with others.
Next, enter security code again as seen in the image
I agree to the Terms of Use of the hosting service and click on “Continue” button.
8>> It will ask for the webtop administrative password that you gave in step 6, enter it and click on confirm.
You will then see a pop up message saying the website has been created successfully.
Click on the “Website control panel” to continue to your control panel.
9>> You are now in the control panel of your website which is the back-end and brain of your website.
Here, Give your website a name – I gave ” My Life My Choice”
Then, click on “Select a design” and choose a template you like.
At last the language you want. I chose English. And click on “Continue”.
10>> The nest window you see on your screen is quite tricky because it has loads of options.
Carefully read through and choose only those modules you want on your website. However, you can install and remove them even later.
I chose Page Editor, Photo Albums, Guestbook, Publisher, File Catalog.
You can even choose others based on what type of website you are creating. For eg, if you want to sell few things online, you need to choose “E-Shop” module.
Click on “continue”.
11>> You will now be directed to the main page of the control panel.
You will see a hell lot of options here too.
But you will frequently be using “Customize Design” and “File Manager”.
12>> Now towards the left of your screen, you will see “Page Editor” on the menu bar. Click on it.
Next, when the page editor opens, click on “Add new page” as seen in screenshot.
13>> You will now be in the new page as seen in the screen shot below.
Here, enter a name to your page. In my case it is “7th May 2012″
Write some description in the body. Insert some images using the menus present in the tool bar.
If you have used Microsoft Word , then this just like it.
Lastly, click on “save” and you are all done to view the first page you created on your website.
When you see the pop-up message that, click on “Go to the page” .
14>> You will now your website live in action which any of your friends can access.
You will feel proud to have one for yourself.

You will have all the control options and menus at the top of your website until you are logged in.
Once you logout, you can’t see them.
If you are wondering how do you login next time, you need not worry.
Just check your email inbox again, you would have got a mail of all the necessary details to login to your website. Save all those details in a word document for future reference.
Click on the control panel link as seen in the above screenshot, enter your website name, your webtop password and security code.
You will then be in your control panel again.
There are a lot of things which you can do in the website. When I say lot, I really mean it. You can do hell lot of things here.
To create one more page, follow the step 12 and step 13 again. You can create many such beautiful pages and make a wonderful website.
You can share it with your friends on Facebook and have fun.
