May be You should check your OS. It runs on Windows 8 and some versions of windows 7.

Hi atma, sorry for that. Initially Kaspersky Antivirus 2013 was in beta, now it is in RC. So they have reduced the trail days from 90 to 30 days. I wont recommend you to use it on XP right now. You can use it once the final version it out.
