sometimes it does happen that you may not get the serial key. try again by giving proper email and other details. It is working perfectly here in India Alok.
I was unable to install Trend Micro TAV 2012. During installation, a window appeared and advised to update my XP2 pack version and for this purpose to visit Microsoft Site. So I think it is not possible to install above AV programme. What is your opinion?
May be it requires windows xp sp2. Why don’t you update your windows xp to sp2 or sp3, it is safer, faster and better than just windows xp.

I am using Panda Cloud AV. But this is what Trend Micro says—they want Windows XP Service Pack 3 OR Vista.
Even having viruses on the system may cause such problems . .
